This will take like 1 minute of your time.
Go to your language folder after that go to the name of your language pack.
For example:
Language/lang_dutch
Open the file: "lang_main.php" With Notepad
Press Ctrl G and type 143 and press Oke.
If its correct you should see these lines:
$lang['Admin_online_color'] = '%sBeheerder%s';
$lang['Mod_online_color'] = '%sModerator%s';
Remembers its the DUTCH lang, english is Admin and Moderator 
Just change Beheerders to what you want for example
$lang['Admin_online_color'] = '%sIAMTHEMAN%s';
Do the same with moderator, upload it to your language pack and overwrite it and your done  !
